In simple words it is Nature. God has made your body very adaptive to changes so when something different happens to it your body changes accordingly, same thing goes for bodybuilding.

When a newbie goes to gym his body workout outs differently. Your body stretches wear and tear starts then recovery starts body strength increases resulting is increase of weight and mass, because this is something new to your body so your body reacts to it really fast.

This is why you might have seen that even if a newbie is training not properly or doing sets entirely wrong even then their body increases because of change in the movement of the body thus called Newbie Gains.

Strength coach and writer of Strengtheory’s popular Complete Strength Training Guide, Greg Nuckols says:

“…the stimulus is so new, your body is simply going to respond strongly to it, even if it’s not the “optimal” stimulus. The most important thing is that it’s something you enjoy and can stick with, and that physiologically it’s “good enough.”

“The more foreign an exercise is, the more strength you’ll rapidly gain as your nervous system learns how to use the muscle mass you already have to efficiently perform the movement.”

When i first started my training i was like a stick-man figure, in the first three months my body was changed entirely. In the first month my body was adapting to weights and angles and in the second month i started to gain weight and muscles and in third month my body was changes entirely. My stomach was so much ripped and thin you wont believe i used bloat my stomach when walking reason was my Chest Training Program.

So for every new goer first three months are really important, i didn’t had any coach so i used to ask different people who were already built then tried those exercises. I must urge you to have a trainer with you or if you cannot afford a trainer at-least ask that guy who can help you in the in this journey, because it’s your body and you will get it only once, so respect and take care of your body.
