Top 5 Exercises for Defined & Chiseled Chest — Breed Muscle
Using dumbbells instead of rods gives you wide range and each engaged part works accordingly. Grab pair of dumbbells sit on the incline bench adjust your body and lift the weight.
Do 5 sets of 14,14,12,10,10 reps, starting with a lighter weight then going heavier, by lighter weight doesn’t mean that you start using small weights instead use weight according to
you endurance and strength.
Flat Bench Dumbbell Press
The most favorite among all, lay down on the flat bench and grab dumbbells. Do 5 sets of same 14,14,12,10,10 reps. Be sure to check your angle perform it as it is don’t make it a Dumbbell Fly exercise as most would do.
Incline Dumbbell Fly
A very exciting and fun exercise to isolate your upper pecs, this is my favorite also but when doing it please make sure you have right weight or otherwise you might get injured yourself, if you are new to this exercise it is better to lift light weight and have a spotter with you.
Perform 3 sets of 13,13,13 reps.
Decline Dumbbell Press
Another great exercise for lower pecs, lay down on a decline bench and have the spotter give you dumbbells now adjust yourself with spotter’s help and perform the exercise bringing the weight all the way down so that the dumbbell is positioned with your lower pec then push the weight up.
Perform 3 sets of 12,12,12 reps of this exercise.
Cable Crossover
Most people do it the wrong way, so it’s better to ask a trainer about proper angle of this exercise, this exercise basically targets your inner pecs.
Do 3 sets of 15,15,15 reps or till failure.
