Exercises in this program are specifically chosen to give you that Cobra Back Look, they will increase back size but they focus more on isolation and definition. If you want to have back that is not big but gives the illusion of big then try this workout routine.

T-Bar Rows

Dumbbell Rows
A staple exercise to build middle and lower lats and a little hard to execute due to its nature. Do 4 sets of 12,12,12,12 reps.

Close-grip Lat Pulldown
An excellent exercise to build and lengthen lower lats. Perform 3 sets of 15,15,15 reps. For this exercise i do suggest to use a little heavy weight.

Wide Grip Cable Rows
If you want to give you back a cobra look then you must include this exercise in your routine, execute this exercise properly and you will definitely feel it in your lats the very first day you perform it. Do 4 sets of 12,12,12,12 reps.

Inverted Rows
This will build endurance and definition in your back. It will target all your back muscles. Perform 3 sets of 12,12,12 reps or till failure.

Above mentioned exercises are not difficult to perform but you have to be careful about the angles because all of them require proper angle in order to get the full advantage.
Use the weight that is easier, don’t do ego lifting or you might hurt yourself. Try these exercise for next few weeks you will definitely see results.
