Shoulders, the might part of masculinity. If you have big chest, big arms, big back but your shoulders are lacking then my friend people won’t take you seriously. Besides all the if you have well developed shoulders but other body parts are lacking a little bit, your shoulders will cover everything for your.

Well developed shoulders show power and aggressiveness. Here in this part of Arnold Workout i am sharing with you Arnold Schwarzenegger Shoulder Workout Blueprint, if you want to have that massive giant shoulders of Austrian Oak then follow these routines.

Seated Military Press

4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6 reps, increase weight and lower reps as your progress.

Arnold Press

As the name says, this was created by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. This exercise hits all shoulders muscles with its unique movement thus resulting in big round shoulder. Do 3 sets of 8, 10, 10 reps.

Side Lateral Raise

Best of the best exercise for getting that wider look, perform 4 sets of 10, 10, 8, 8 reps.

Dumbbell Front Raise

Perform 2 sets of 10, 10 reps.

Rear Delt Lateral Raises

You can perform this either by standing or seated, it’s your choice. Do 5 sets of 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 reps.

Upright Barbell Rows

An excellent exercise to work on your side and rear delts, it also focuses on your traps so it’s a 3 in 1 exercise. Perform 4 sets of 10, 10, 8, 8 reps.
