This program is specifically designed to give your body an instant pump when you are going to a party or function and want to show people your muscles but don’t have the time to pump your body.

It will require only 20 minutes to do the exercises and you shall have a good pump in your body. so let’s start with the program.

1 . Biceps Leg Curl

Perform 3 sets of 10,10, 10 reps of this exercise, be sure to fully contract your arm and also push down your leg to get extra pressure on the biceps.

2 . Lateral Raises

Now you don’t have to use dumbbells to perform this exercise you can use anything that weighs much, use water bottles every body has them, perform 3 sets of 15 reps, be sure to give full attention when performing this exercise.

3 . Push-Ups

This is a compound exercise which will target primarily your Chest, 2nd your Triceps, 3rd your Shoulder and back. Do 3 sets till failure or 20, 20, 20 reps which suits you.

Conclusion:

Above mentioned exercises are carefully selected regarding their efficiency and are listed exactly how you can perform. First exercise will give you pump in your biceps, 2nd will give you pump in almost entire shoulder because side lateral raises targets obviously your side deltoids but also targets you rear delts, your traps and somewhat front deltoid, and as for third exercise it will target almost all the upper parts of you body giving you a massive pump in your body.
